Step1:Beef stuffing. Add some salt, oil, pepper, egg, cooking wine and corn starch. Stir it vigorously in one direction. Spoon it into the pot, or squeeze it out of the tiger's mouth into the pot, or round it with two hands for standby.
Step2:I bought it from a local stall.
Step3:Hot pot of cold oil. Ginger slices, prickly ash, shrimp (soak in advance). Stir fry.
Step4:Stir fry the shredded radish evenly.
Step5:Add some boiled water (not cold water). Shrimp and soup are not fishy and more delicious.
Step6:Turn the heat down after boiling. After rolling, put in the beef balls to avoid scattering.
Step7:After the meatballs are set and discolored, they turn to a high fire and boil, and the meatballs float up.
Step8:Add some salt, chicken powder, sugar, pepper and chopped chives. Stir well and turn off the heat.
Step9:Sesame oil (not to be missed).
