It's a hot summer day. Sometimes I feel like I have no appetite for anything. Why not have a bowl of porridge? It's light and refreshing and easy to digest. Today, I use a cast iron pot to cook a pot of beef millet porridge. Millet flowers are soft. The porridge is fragrant and thick. I believe everyone will like it. -
Step1:Clean millet and soak for about 20 minutes. Chop carrot, onion and parsley.
Step2:Use minced beef with minced meat sauce. Mix oyster sauce and rice wine together and disperse. If there's no meat sauce, it's OK to replace it with 10ml of raw soy sauce + 1g of monosodium glutamate.
Step3:Pour olive oil into the pot. Stir fry the carrot and onion slowly over low heat. Then put the minced beef into the pot. Scatter them. Don't let them agglomerate. Stir until the color changes.
Step4:Add millet. Pour boiling water. Boiling water. Boiling water. Say important things three times. Boiling water is about 1 liter. Boil over high heat. If there is foam left, turn off the minimum heat and cook slowly for more than 20 minutes.
Step5:Stir it now and then. At the end of the pot, stir it more often. Add some cornflakes and chopped parsley and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step6:First, give the pot a close-up. It's really beautiful.
Step7:Of course, our delicious nourishing porridge can be added with a little salt and pepper according to your taste
Step8:Salty, fresh and slightly sweet, millet, beef, nourishing qi and stomach. Cornflakes and chopped parsley add flavor and taste. Cooking porridge in a cast iron pot is thicker and more fragrant than ordinary pots.
