Step1:1 - cut chicken legs into pieces and boil them in cold water. Add ginger and yellow rice wine. Remove chicken legs for standby. Skim the soup for standby. 2 - stir in pepper, dried pepper, ginger, garlic slices and bean paste in oil pan. Pour in chicken legs, mushrooms and potatoes. Stir in yellow rice wine. Add soy sauce, old soy sauce and high soup. Simmer for about 20 minutes in low heat. 3 - stir in Korean chili sauce, sugar and louver in hot pot. Medium heat for 5 minutes. 4 - stir in hot pepper and stir in hot pot Until the juice is collected and out of the pot (starch can be added properly to thicken the sauce). The delicious food is unstoppable.
