Step7:Dice the ham sausage, wash the shelled seaweed and shrimps, shred the chives and coriander, and spare a little for shredded bamboo shoots and pickled mustard. Half a bowl of lukewarm boiled water. Add in the Meiji fresh soy sauce and mix well to make the juice.
Step8:Time is up. The tofu brain has been formed. After the bowl is filled, add the prepared mustard diced, ham sausage diced, shrimp skin, bamboo shoots and other ingredients in turn. Pour 2 tablespoons of delicious fresh material juice. Add the shallot, coriander and sesame oil.

Cooking tips:1. In summer, when soaking in soybeans, add enough water to soak in the refrigerator. 2. When the blender is beating soymilk, it must choose the juice program without heating to beat the soymilk. 3. There is no special temperature meter. You can wait for ten seconds after picking out the oil skin on the surface, and then add internal fat water to mix. 4. Add all kinds of small materials as you like.
