Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Peel and wash the pumpkin. Cut into small pieces. Steam in a boiling pot for 20 minutes. Mix in sugar while it's hot (pour out the water for steaming the pumpkin).
Step3:Add glutinous rice flour to cool and knead it into a non stick dough (about 400g).
Step4:Sprinkle a proper amount of glutinous rice flour on the chopping board. Divide the dough into 40g small dough and flatten it.
Step5:Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on both sides of pumpkin pie.
Step6:Put the oil in the hot pot. When the oil is 50% hot, turn the heat down. Fry until both sides are golden.
