Step9:The rolled dough is folded down and put into the mould for secondary fermentation.
Step10:Ferment to nine.
Step11:Preheat the oven. 175 ℃ for 30 minutes.
Step12:Demould after being discharged from the furnace. Put it in the fresh-keeping bag after being dried to the hand temperature.
Step13:The tissue after the toast is torn is still good.
Cooking tips:1. The ingredients in the formula are 17cm, 21cm and 26cm rectangular cake molds of Yangchen, which can also be made with a 450g toast mold. 2. The temperature and time of the oven should be adjusted according to the situation of the oven. 3.
