I've eaten eggplant with northeast sauce once. I've always wanted to make it myself. It tastes good.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:The eggplant is cut into two sections. It is divided into two sides. Make a cross cut inside (don't make too deep, or it won't break easily when it is fried). Oil is more than usual. Cover the pan when frying. Avoid oil splashing. Fry it and put it in a bowl for later use.
