I pickled the chili sauce by myself. Usually I bought some chili to chop, put some salt to marinate, and put it directly in the refrigerator for cold storage. When I use it, I can take it out directly. If you don't have one at home, chop up the peppers and marinate them for half an hour in advance.
Step1:Wash the bass. Cut with a knife to taste it. Spread a little salt and marinate for 15 minutes. Remember not to salt too much or it will be too salty.
Step2:Put the fish in the fish steaming plate. Introduce some soy sauce. Cut ginger and garlic. Mix with chili sauce and spread on the fish.
Step3:Boil the water and steam for ten minutes. After steaming, heat it with oil and pour it on the fish.
Cooking tips:Don't steam the bass too long. Generally, boil it with water. Steam it for ten minutes. If you're not sure, use chopsticks to insert the fish to test whether it's steamed. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
