Step1:Melt butter in water. Crush biscuits with a rolling pin. Mix well.
Step2:Lay it on the bottom of the mold. Use a spoon to compact and flatten it. Refrigerate.
Step3:Cream to 67%.
Step4:Put the gilding powder in the bowl.
Step5:Add milk and sugar.
Step6:Heat in water. Stir until dissolved.
Step7:Filter into the whipped cream.
Step8:Mix well.
Step9:Pour into the mold. Refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
Step10:Blow a circle around the mold with the air tube. Slowly demould.
Step11:Sprinkle cocoa on the surface.
Step12:Cut piece.
Cooking tips:This is a six inch square. The surface can be decorated with fruit instead of cocoa powder. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
