A simple and refreshing vegetable.
Step1:Choose to remove the yellow leaves of lettuce. Break them apart. Clean and drain. Chop the garlic into small pieces. In a bowl, add a little salt, a scoop of oyster sauce, a scoop of soy sauce, a little sugar, a scoop of starch. Add some water and mix well.
Step2:Boil the water in a wok. Add a little salt and two drops of oil after boiling. Blanch the lettuce for about one minute.
Step3:Take out the lettuce and control the water.
Step4:Put some oil in the pot. Heat the garlic and stir fry it.
Step5:Pour in the previously flavored sauce. Open a small fire. Stir it with a spatula. Turn it off until thickening. Pour the sauce evenly over the lettuce.
