Step1:The ribs of pigs are cut into about 5cm segments. The blood and water are controlled.
Step2:Slice the scallion. Slice the ginger for later use. Appropriate amount of star anise. 1 piece of cinnamon.

Step6:Stir fry the onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, soy sauce and cooking wine for a while.
Step7:Pour sugar and hot water along the edge of the pot to the same height as ribs. Turn the water on and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt and simmer until the soup is still a little dry.
Step8:Add vinegar and sugar to continue to collect juice. Always stir fry in the middle. To the soup basically wrapped in ribs. Taste good.
