Step1:Mix the flour, salt and sugar powder. Slowly pour in the dry yeast mixed with warm water. Stir with chopsticks to form floccules. Then add the milk and knead together to form a smooth dough.
Step2:Put the dough in a warm environment and wake up to twice the size (because the temperature is low in winter. I wake up in a 28 degree air-conditioned room. It took me more than an hour.) Press in the middle after waking up. No rebound.
Step3:Let the dough out of the air. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a uniform sheet.
Step4:Roll it up.
Step5:Cut the embryo into a certain size as needed. Put it into a container. Continue to wake up for about 20 minutes. Then boil in cold water. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes after boiling. Turn off the heat and keep simmering for about 5 minutes.
