Braised chicken and rice
Step1:Wash the chicken leg. Cut it into about 4cm pieces of meat. Blanch and dry it. Slice the onion, ginger, carrot, mushroom and green pepper.
Step2:Salt, chicken essence, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce and oyster sauce. Put them into a bowl and put some water into it and stir well.
