The shredded green bean meat is tender and delicious. The green bean absorbs the flavor of gravy. The whole dish is fragrant. I use the air fryer to stir fry. Those who don't have a frying pan are as delicious as a frying pan.
Step1:Wash and shred the tenderloin.
Step2:Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and salt.
Step3:1 scoop of raw soy sauce, 1 scoop of starch and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step6:For 2 minutes, let the onion, ginger and garlic smell. Pour in the shredded meat. Add 1 tablespoon of sweet sauce. Put the lid on for three minutes.
Step7:Open the lid for three minutes and add the green beans. 1 teaspoon of raw soy sauce (note that it is not soy sauce or soy sauce) 1 teaspoon of white sugar. Proper amount of salt. Put as little salt as possible because the sweet sauce is also salty. Cover and fry for 5 minutes.
Step8:Open the lid. It smells good.

Cooking tips:It's better to choose tenderloin. It's tender. Use a normal frying pan without a SUPOR air fryer. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
