Step1:Wash the streaky pork. Put it in cold water. After boiling, sprinkle a spoonful of cooking wine and a few pieces of ginger. Cook for about a quarter of an hour. Insert chopsticks into the bloodless water and take it out to cool.
Step2:Sliced pork, peeled and sliced (not peeled, of course, as you like). Sliced ginger. Sliced garlic. Sliced green garlic, yellow leaves. Sliced slices. Garlic white and garlic leaves open separately.
Step3:The pot is hot. Put some oil in it. Put the meat slices into it and stir.
Step4:Stir fry until the fat is out. The edge of the meat is curled. When it turns yellow and the fragrance is wafting out, grill it to the edge of the pot. Put in the ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step5:Another spoonful of bean paste. Stir well together. Add some seasoned soy sauce.
Step6:Add garlic white. Stir fry in high heat for several times. Add some soy sauce and a little sugar. Add garlic leaves. Turn off the heat when stir fry quickly and become soft.
Step7:The lean meat is burnt and fragrant. The fat meat is not greasy. The garlic is clear and sweet. The rice is salty and fresh.
Step8:Finished drawings.
Cooking tips:If you think there is too much oil in the meat slices, you can put some of it for it to use, so as not to be greasy; if you don't fry the garlic too much, it will have no special sweet taste; because of the addition of bean paste, there is no salt added. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
