The oxtail is pressed first and then stewed. It's soft, rotten, fragrant and fresh. It's better to match with a small amount of streaky pork. No water is added in the process of this dish. Therefore, the water volume should be controlled well. The fresh water you want is not easy to foam more than 5cm of oxtail.
Step1:Wash the oxtail. Put cold water in the pot. Add wine. Boil to remove the blood foam. Cut pork and onion into pieces.
Step2:Put the oxtail, ginger and onion into the pressure cooker. Add some water and steam for 2530 minutes.
Step3:Take the casserole and put in the pressed oxtail and soup; put in Angelica, astragalus, streaky pork, 1 large material, small cinnamon, 1 fragrant leaf and garlic. Boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Step4:Add some coriander and leave the pot.
