Cooking Steps

   Step1:Cut catfish into pieces. Add pepper, pepper, salt, chicken essence, ginger and garlic. Marinate white wine for 20 minute

   Step2:Oil down the pot. Then put the fish down and stir fry. Stir fry until the color changes. Add some water. Simmer in low heat. Then collect the juice in high heat
