Vegetarian spring roll is a snack enjoyed by small pot friends and adults in every family dinner. Because I don't like meat very much. I often fry some vegetarian spring roll to eat. It's Crispy but not greasy.
Step1:Boil the vermicelli in boiling water. Cut the carrot. Heat the pan and pour in the salad oil. Stir fry the carrot and vermicelli in the pan. Add a spoon of salt, a little sugar and a little white pepper. Stir in the sauce and cool it.
Step2:Take out the spring roll skin and put some into the lower corner with chopsticks.
Step3:Roll up the spring roll skin. Fold it up on both sides.
Step4:It's all rolled up at once.
Step5:I put in two thirds of the salad oil and one third of the vegetable oil. When the oil temperature is 70 or 80 degrees, I will throw a section of green onion and try to turn the oil temperature to medium heat. Put the spring roll into the oil pan and fry it until it is golden yellow. Turn it over gently with chopsticks and fry it. Fry until golden brown on both sides and drain.
