Simple and delicious stewed pork ribs. The food is delicious. With a bowl of green vegetable soup for lunch, it's a perfect solution.
Step1:Blanch the ribs. Use the back of the knife to loosen the large ribs. The small ribs do not need this step.
Step2:Put the spareribs in the container. Put in cooking wine, soy sauce, onion and ginger and marinate for about half an hour.
Step3:Prepare the rice and wash it. Dice mushrooms and carrots.

Cooking tips:1. It's tender to use ribs. It's better to make ribs rice. This is the refrigerator ready-made last time I made a large row of noodles for the rest. 2. The water consumption of steaming rice is the same as that of making rice. If there is more soup in ribs, put less water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
