Someone loves Doraemon very much. It's just in time for Christmas to make a special biscuit for someone. So I thought of Jun Zhi's plastic chocolate decoration. With my own design drawings, I made this biscuit with various non professional tools. -
Step1:Let's take a picture of the raw materials first. I made double copies. I also made other shapes. If I only had a dream of Doraemon, it would be enough.
Step2:Soften butter, add sugar and salt, and beat with an egg beater. Then add the egg twice to make the egg completely melt.
Step3:Sift in low flour and baking powder. Mix well with a rubber scraper.
Step4:Stir to make a soft dough.
Step5:Use a rolling pin to roll out a thin and even patch.
Step6:Use the computer to combine the printed drawings. Use the scissors to cut out a single Doraemon.
Step7:The oven is 180 degrees. 1012min. It looks like it's coming out. The rest is just a casual shape.
Step8:On the white chocolate, heat it with water separated. Pay attention not to touch the water in the pot. Also pay attention not to splash the water into the chocolate pot. Squeeze in the corn syrup after the chocolate bloom. Then cool it and shape it. Take a small amount of red pigment and a small amount of yellow pigment. Reserve more white and blue.
Step9:Chocolate rolled into pieces. Cut out the shape according to the drawing . I made it white first and then other colors.
Step10:It's white and red.
Step11:After the blue filling, I used a knife to cut out the lines of eyes, beard, etc.
Step12:The black place is made of dark chocolate dissolved in water with toothpick. The treatment is not very good. It can also be made with other tools. The appearance of the finished product.
