This dish is from a foreign food blog. The original recipe is salmon. I changed it to grass carp. The sauce has also been slightly changed. But the taste is still stick. The fish taste is tender and smooth. The taste is rich in layers. There are honey, salty soy sauce, spicy ginger, and caramel garlic grilled fish with rich taste layers. It is definitely worth one Try.
Step1:Take the middle part of grass carp, cut open its back and abdomen, remove the black film, and wash it for later use. Peel garlic, pat it flat with a knife, peel and wash ginger, and rub it into ginger powder for use.
Step2:Mix honey, soy sauce paste, ginger powder, garlic and lemon juice into sauce.
Step3:Spread the sauce evenly on the fish. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Step4:Heat the non stick pot with a little oil. Put the marinated fish into the pot. Fry one side until golden.
Step5:Put the fried fish on the tin paper. The fried side faces up. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1520 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish
Step6:Boil the sauce in the pot until it is thick. Pour it on the baked fish. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked white sesame.
Cooking tips:1. I use a brand of soy sauce paste from Taiwan. There is no way to replace it with old soy sauce + raw soy sauce. 2. Because soy sauce is salty. If you marinate it overnight, you don't need to put salt. If you marinate it for a short time, you can add a little salt. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
