As a southerner, rice is usually preferred as the main food, but flour and rice have their own nutrition. In order to be healthy, we should increase the intake of pasta to achieve a balanced diet.
Step1:Mix flour with salt, egg and water to make a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for 15 minutes. Roll the dough by hand.
Step2:Soak the prickly ash in hot water for 10 minutes. Wash and cut the lettuce, mushroom, potato and prickly ash.

Step6:Mix pepper water with vinegar and monosodium glutamate. Pour into the noodles. Stir well. Sprinkle with onion.
