It's better to eat dumplings than to be comfortable.
Step1:Add a small amount of warm water to the flour several times. And form the dough.
Step2:Wake up the dough with the plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Rub it again.
Step3:Mix the meat stuffing (see my previous Jingdong meat pie recipe for details). Chop the celery.
Step4:Add a small amount of salt to the chopped celery. Then squeeze out the water. Add the remaining celery into the meat stuffing. Stir well. (if you think the meat is dry, you don't need to squeeze out the water of celery.
Step5:Take a proper amount of wake-up noodles and rub them into strips.
Step6:Cut into the right size pasta.
Step7:Press the dough flat, turn the skin with one hand and roll it with the other hand.
Step8:Roll out the dumpling skin with thick middle and thin edge.
Step9:Put some stuffing on the rolled skin.
Step10:Hold the edge tight.
Step11:The dumplings are shaped. The skin is thin and the filling is big.
Step12:Put the dumplings aside. Boil water in a pot.
Step13:Put the dumplings into the pot after boiling the water in the pot. Order the water twice and boil it three times.
Step14:Out of the pot. With vinegar and garlic.
Step15:Eat well.
