I'm lucky to get a trial of sijibao peanut butter. Make a potato cake with beef brisket and strong sauce.
Step1:Blanch the beef brisket in cold water. Skim the froth and drain.
Step2:Hot pot of cold oil. Under the star anise. Cinnamon. Onion and ginger. Stir in small fire.
Step3:Add chili sauce. Squeeze in sijibao peanut butter and stir.
Step4:Add carrots and stir fry for one minute. Then add the Beef Brisket with blanched water. Stir evenly and add a small bowl of hot water. Cover. Heat for ten minutes.
Step5:Just collect the juice in the fir
Step6:Rub the potatoes into shreds. Add a little salt to marinate the excess juice. Grease the pot. Put the pickled potatoes into shreds. Fry over low heat until set.
Step7:Turn over. Fry until golden on both sides.

Cooking tips:Be patient when frying potato cakes. Turn them over after forming, or they will be easy to disperse. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
