Step8:When waiting for the cake to come out, prepare the fruit. As long as the fruit is not easy to oxidize, it can be as colorful as possible.
Step9:After baking, turn it upside down and let it cool. After cooling completely, demould.

Step11:Use a lemon planer to scrape the lemon peel into a cream basin, add 10g sugar, mix well and marinate for a while.

Step15:Put on the last piece of cake and spread the cream for the final decoration. You can cut the reddest strawberries from the third of the tip, open a bunch of cream, then put on the tip of strawberries and decorate two black sesame seeds on the cream for eyes.
