Step1:Sardine clean up. Add thirteen flavours, soy sauce and salt for a while.
Step2:Pour corn oil into the pot. Fry the fish on both sides until golden.
Step3:There's the bottom oil in the pot. Add onion, ginger and garlic to make it fragrant. Pour in the fish. Stir fry it with tomato sauce and garlic chili sauce. Add soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and star anise. Stew the fish with water.
Step4:When the soup is almost dry, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
