Step1:Prepare the materials.
Step2:Add milk, sugar and vegetable oil into the yolk and mix well, then sift in low powder and cocoa powder and mix them into the yolk paste.
Step3:Add a few drops of protein paste to the protein. Whisk lemon juice and sugar to form a protein cream.
Step4:Spoon a third of the cream into the yolk paste and stir well. Then pour the egg yolk paste back into the remaining two-thirds of the egg white cream and mix well.
Step5:Pour in the cake mold. Preheat the oven. 180 ℃ for 30 minutes.
