Step1:Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add milk and sugar to mix well. Let the liquid cool to the temperature (suitable for yeast fermentation). Add yeast. Yeast can be seen to gather in three minutes.
Step2:Add flour and salt (1 / 4tps) and knead the dough until smooth. Place the dough in a pot. Ferment in a warm environment until the dough is twice the size. Pay attention to cover the pot or cover with a layer of preservative film to prevent the dough from drying.
Step3:Now prepare the filling. I use a bag of Bacon. Because Bacon bought too much fat. If it is thinner, half a bag is enough ~ cut Bacon into sections. Stir fry it in a hot pot until it is a little crispy. Dish. Cut the onion into thin slices. Try to cut it as thin as possible. It will be easier to ripen. Mix onion bacon and cheese. Season with black pepper and salt.
Step4:After about an hour and a half (depending on the room temperature), the dough will be twice as large. If you poke the dough, you will see a small hole, indicating that the dough is ready.
Step5:Roll the dough into a round shape (my baking tray is round, so it's easier to put it into a round shape). The size depends on the size of the baking tray. Make sure you can put it in the baking tray after filling. Put about 2 / 3 of the stuffing in the dough. Knead the edges of the dough to make it sealed. There are some leftovers I knead to make small cakes and dry them in the baking tray. Put the sealing side up on the smooth side below. Put it in the baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for another 30 minutes.
Step6:When you wake up, put a layer of egg white on the surface. Sprinkle the remaining stuffing evenly. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. The baking time is longer than other breads, because it can fully release the flavor of stuffin
Step7:Ding. Go abroad. It's grea
