Cooking tips:Put the rice noodles in the pot and cook for about a minute. No need to soak them in water first. The drumsticks are fried on one side. I turned them over just to take a picture of the color. The shrimp shell must be stir fried until it is completely red. Then add water and boil for 1 to 2 minutes. The cooking time cannot be long. You can add some chili powder to the seasoning. I didn't because the chili is a little spicy. There is no salt in the back because the water used to cook rice noodles is salted. It tastes good enough. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
