Step8:Because the crab has been frozen for a long time, the main parts of the crab will not be steamed. I choose ginger and onion to fry. Cut the crab tongs into small pieces, wrap them in dry powder and fry them. In another pot, stir fry the ginger, onion and garlic to make the flavor. Fry the king crab well. Put cooking wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Old Ganma (don't put spicy ones). Stir fry quickly. Add a little sugar to make it fresh. Thicken the sauce to make the pot. Fourth, stir fried crab with scallion and ginger.
