Step17:Soak the gelatine powder in cold boiled water.

Step19:Heat the gelatine powder in water until melted. Mix well with strawberry paste.
Step20:Cream cheese with strawberry paste, milk, starch, rum, condensed milk and lemon honey, stir until smooth and granulated. It can be heated in water to help melt.
Step21:Stir and melt until it is as shown in the figure. Then cut some strawberries and sprinkle them into the mixture.
Step22:Cut a few strawberries in half and put them on the bottom of sponge cake as shown in the picture. Because they are cream strawberries, the color is not beautiful
Step23:Pour in the cheese mousse paste and refrigerate it.
Step24:Marinate the gelatine powder in cold boiled water, heat it in water until it melts. Then add rum, cranberry jam, honey and cranberry to mix well.
Step25:Watch the mousse layer solidify and you can make the frozen layer of rum. Pour in the mixture of rum with a spoon. Distribute the cranberries as evenly as possible (my mousse layer has made too few mistakes. The strawberries still show a large part, so the mousse layer is thicker
Step26:Cut some strawberries and decorate them. Put them in the refrigerator. You can enjoy them the next morning
