My husband likes my mother's steamed noodles very much. Now we are outside. We want to try to make one for him.
Step1:A small section of spareribs. Cold water pot.
Step2:Open the water. Clear the foam.
Step3:Take it out. Wash it. Spare it.
Step4:Cool the pot to add some cooking oil and sugar.
Step5:When the white sugar turns brown, lower it into the ribs. Counter fry.
Step6:Stir fry until it's yellowish. Add in the soy sauce.
Step7:Add some water and ingredients. Bring it to a boil. Turn it to a simmer.
Step8:When you cook the ribs, you can start another pot. Steam the noodles. Steam for about 30 minutes for the first time.
Step9:When the ribs are cooked, you can put the noodles into the ribs. Let the noodles absorb the soup from the ribs. Take it out and put it on the drawer for steaming again. The second steaming will take ten minutes. Then you can eat it.
Cooking tips:I use machine pressed semi-dry noodles. It's better to steam. If it's dry, you need to mix the soup and steam it one more time. I haven't tried wet. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
