Step1:Sift sugar, salt, baking powder, corn flour and low gluten flour.
Step2:Milk, eggs and vegetable oil mix well.
Step3:Add the dry powder mixed in the first step. Mix to make a smooth batter.
Step4:Do not put oil in the pan. Heat it up. Turn to medium or low heat. Pour in 30ml of batter to make it spread naturally.
Step5:Fry until bubbles appear on the surface and turn over.
