Northwest pasta can be described as a variety of food. It can not be repeated every day. Today, I recommend a noodle soup slice which is very common in Ningxia and other places. Step5:Then knead the dough until the surface is smooth. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin pieces. Then cut into 4cm wide long noodles. Boil the saozi soup again. Tear up the noodles and put them into the soup. Add some vegetables after cooking. Out of the pot. When eating, you can add some coriander. The fragrance is stronger.
