Mapo Tofu can be found in any restaurant. When you want to eat it, you can't find the taste of childhood. And in one experiment, I finally found my favorite way to make Mapo Tofu. Here to share.
Step1:Cut tofu into 2cm cube

Step13:When the soup is slightly opened, add tofu. The amount of water is about half of tofu. You can add or reduce the amount of water according to your own pot.
Step14:When the soup is boiling. About two minutes. Add the first water starch. 2 tbsp. Then let the soup boil for about 2 minutes.
Step15:Put in the second water starch.
