The tender and delicious chicken leg meat has been torn to a proper size. Every bite of chicken has been fully soaked with the spicy pepper and pepper. It's really a great enjoyment with the fragrance of onion and coriander.

Cooking tips:1. if you are inexperienced, you are not sure how long the chicken will be cooked. You can use a chopstick and force it into the meat. If you cook for too long, the meat will get old. 2. If there is ice, soak the chicken in ice water for a while after it is cooked, so as to keep the meat tender and easier to remove. The chicken skin is also crisper.
