Loach is delicious and nutritious. My husband said that he would buy some to supplement it for me.
Step1:Prepare onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Kill the loach and cut it. Wash it.
Step3:Pour a little oil into the pot. Add onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
Step4:Stir fry the loach. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and stir fry for a few times. Add water (just over the loach) to boil and collect the juice.
Step5:Add a little salt at the end. Dish.
