Step6:Preheat the oven at 170 ℃ and bake for 10 minutes. Adjust it to 130 ℃ and bake for 6 minutes. Wait for natural cooling and then remove it from the silica gel pad.
Cooking tips:1. Because the ingredients of this biscuit are simple and the taste is simple, it is better to use native eggs. Only in this way can the biscuit have a strong yolk flavor. If you use ordinary eggs, the flavor will be much worse. 2. Do not knead the dough for too long. 3. Watch for the last six minutes of baking, because the firepower of each oven is different. As long as you see the color is almost the same, you can turn off the fire. 4.
