So it takes more time to process the black rice in the cooking machine. It takes more time to beat the black rice to the delicate level than the millet. The purpose of soaking in advance is to make the cooking machine better. If you have a very powerful wall breaking machine, it is OK not to soak. The taste of the final product will be slightly different. Millet cake will be wetter than black rice. If you want to have a wetter taste, you can add 1030g milk or water in the processing step of the cooking machine. It's all a reference

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash and soak black rice for 12 hour

  2. Step2:Egg separation, yolk and egg whit

  3. Step3:Pour the drained black rice, egg yolk, corn oil and condensed milk into the blender and beat them into a fine paste

  4. Step4:Whisk the egg white with sugar until it is dry and foamy. Lift up the beater and it will be in the state of upright and sharp corner

  7. Step7:Steam in the steamer for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Open the lid
