Cooking tips:1. Tofu purchase requires tender tofu. Old tofu affects the overall taste; 2. Hot pot bottom requires spicy butter bottom. Pixian bean paste can also be used instead; 3. Tofu cutting and blanching time should be as short as possible to prevent tofu aging affecting the taste; there are skills in making delicious dishes.
