I use such a chocolate keyboard at work. When I'm hungry, I'll finish my work when I'm finished.... first, I'll open it from Panasonic. Little eyes, don't look at people innocently ~ -
Step1:Prepare the materials as shown in the figure. Melt the chocolate into chocolate wate
Step2:Install the mixing knife in the bread bucket first. Pour in the cooled chocolate water first. Add sugar, salt, milk powder and eggs around
Step3:Pour in all flour. Dig a small hole at the top. Put yeast in the hole
Step4:Select sum face function. Confirm (a sum face program defaults to 10 minutes
Step5:After 10 minutes, a blending procedure stops. Check that the dough is stirred until the surface is smooth. The thick film can be pulled out. But it is easy to break
Step6:Add softened butte
Step7:Select the harmony function. Continue to knead. Knead until such a glove film can appear. I knead for 30 minutes. That is, three harmony procedure
Step8:Select the fermentation function for the kneaded dough. Make it 2-2.5 times large
Step9:Take the dough. Rub it with your hands to exhaust the air. Make two shapes as shown in the figure with a rolling pin. Stack them up. Brush a layer of honey water in the middle to glue them together. The upper one is about 1cm thick. The lower one is 0.5cm thick and slightly larger
Step10:Take the dough with the size of an egg. Make a mouse with a tip and a circl
Step11:Knead the dough into 1 cm thick strips. Squeeze out the letter [Panasonic
Step12:Put it into the oven for secondary fermentation. The temperature is 38C. The time is 70 minutes. Send it to 8 minutes. It will continue to expand during the baking process
Step13:Cut the fermented keyboard out of the keys with a knife. No need to cut through. Just cut the upper layer
Step14:Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven. Heat it up and down for 180 ℃ for 20 minutes. If the color is fast, cover it with tin paper. Take out the baked bread as soon as possible and put it on the grill to cool
Step15:By the way, I also made a bean and fruit food notebook
Step16:Use black and white chocolate to write letters on the buttons for decoration. For this kind of small work, the mounting bag can't do it. I use small pieces of chocolate to melt in the open water. Cut a hole with a big pinhole in one corner
Step17:I also painted our [Panasonic] big watery eyes ~ don't look at me like this
Step18:The keyboard doesn't look like a soybean fruit
