Step1:Pumpkin 150
Step2:Peel and dice
Step3:100g millet, 100g glutinous rice
Step4:After washing, mix it and put it in a bowl. Soak it in water for about 1 hour (soaking is to save the time of cooking porridge. If you are in a hurry, you can do without soaking. Add water directly to cook porridge. But the time of cooking is a little longer. For example, the rice soaked usually needs to cook for 10 minutes. The rice not soaked needs to cook for 1020 minutes.)
Step5:Pour millet, glutinous rice and pumpkin into the pressure cooker. Add 5 times of water
Step6:Put on the lid. Heat up the steam and turn to a low heat. Press for another 1015 minutes.
Cooking tips:Pumpkins are very easy to ripen and rotten. So if you don't hurry up, I don't recommend that you use a pressure cooker to cook porridge as fast as I can. It's better to use a casserole to cook it. But millet is not easy to be cooked and rotten. It can be soaked separately when soaking rice. The soaking time of millet is a little longer.
