Step1:Chinese yam is peeled. It's like a hob. Peel the potatoes. Cut them into the shape of a hob. Peel and slice lotus root. Peel the lettuce. Cut into the shape of a hob. Cut carrot into a knife. Slice onion. Slice celery. Wash chicken wings and cut three lines on each side. Remove prawns and shrimps. Pour cooking wine, salt, chili noodles and marinate for 40 minutes.
Step2:Pour in the vegetable oil (butter is better. There is no butter at home). First fry a handful of pepper for a while, then take out the pepper and throw it away. Then put in ginger slices.
Step3:Pour in potato, yam, lettuce, carrot and stir fry.

Step5:After the water comes out, put on the prawns. In the chicken wings. I also put on some small ribs at home. Then simmer for 15 minute
