A nourishing soup.
Step1:Clean the fish. Fry both sides in oil. Boil with water in a casserole. Add all ingredients except salt and coriander, black fungus and green leafy vegetables. Add a little pure milk. Simmer for about two hours.
Step2:After about the same time, put in the black fungus. Stew the green leafy vegetables and then put in the chopped green onion, coriander and a little salt.
