Step1:I didn't follow the steps in Figure 1 to cut the spicy millet into grains. Cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces. Cut the shallot into sections. Use 4 preserved eggs to cut into 4 halve
Step2:Take a bowl and put the preserved egg in it. Take a small bowl of seasoning and put it into the ginger, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and pepper oil.
Step3:Heat oil in the pan and stir fry the millet for a while. Pour it into the egg bowl and sprinkle with shallots.
