Sikang's method is very simple. It's also soft inside and outside. It's served with chocolate beans. There's always a surprise when eating.
Step1:Butter softens at room temperature.
Step2:Add sugar.
Step3:Stir well. Pour in the egg mixture in several times.
Step4:When the egg liquid is fully absorbed by butter, sift in low powder and baking powder.
Step5:Use your hands to knead them into crispy granules. Mix them slightly. Put in the chocolate beans.
Step6:Use the scraper to stir until there is no dry powder.
Step7:Roll the dough to 1.5cm ~2cm thick. Engraved shape.

Step10:Preheat the oven. Heat up and down for about 175 ℃ for 15 minutes.
