Step1:Dry shiitake mushroom is made with water bubble. Filter the water bubble shiitake mushroom to keep it. Part of the mixed starch is used to make water starch and thicken it. Part of it is used for cooking.

Step10:Put in the peas and chicken slices. Add salt, sugar and chicken essence. Stir quickly
Step11:Pour in the starch and thicken.
Cooking tips:1. It is not recommended to make this dish with fresh shiitake mushroom, because fresh shiitake mushroom is far less fragrant than dry shiitake mushroom. 2. Wash the dried shiitake mushroom with warm water. Do not squeeze the water too dry before slicing. Otherwise, the taste will be dry and hard. 3. In addition to peas and carrots, you can also use other vegetables. But you should control the order and cooking time according to the different vegetables.
