Mother's Day gift, Matcha or home-made delicious
Step1:Prepare ingredient
Step2:One whole egg and one yolk (the other protein will not be used). Add in the sugar and mix well.
Step3:Pour half milk (150ml) into the egg mixture and mix well.
Step4:Low powder and Matcha powder are weighed and sieved. In order to avoid the granulation of Matcha powder, the Matcha powder and 50ml warm milk can be stirred evenly first.
Step5:Add the other half of the milk and mix well.
Step6:Pour the batter into the batter. Stir well.
Step7:Heat the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds. Melt it and pour it into the batter.
Step8:Sift the batter. Prepare a scoop of about 50ml. A flat plate and a frying pan.
Step9:You don't need to pour extra oil. Spread the batter evenly on the bottom of the pot. After about 30 seconds of light fire, paste the big bubbles. Use chopsticks to gently move the edge. Let the batter fall directly into the plate.
Step10:Take the pot away from the fire. Cool the pot a little. Repeat. You can arrange the fried thousand layers of skin in the interval time.
Step11:Fry about 14 pieces of skin and put them together. There will be no adhesion between the skins. The last one can also be slightly larger than the previous one. Because Matcha is very easy to oxidize. It's best to cover the top with a layer of preservative film.
Step12:When it's cool, prepare the filling. I used the honey beans from the supermarket. So I mashed them into mud.
Step13:Cream with 20 g sugar until 80%.
Step14:Take out about 50ml of cream and put it into the flower mounting bag. Make the final decoration. Pour the rest into red bean paste and mix well.
Step15:Put a crust on a flat plate. Spread a thin layer of cream on it.
Step16:Repeat this action.
Step17:Top mounting. Done.
