Complementary food for babies
Step1:Soak millet and rice for 1 hour first. It's easy to cook. Dice pumpkin and carrot. Bring to a boil. Pour in the rice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat. Bring to a boil until the rice is transparent. Add pumpkin, carrot, red date and medlar. Slowly boil to a thick consistency. ( A kind of Stir from time to time to prevent the pot from sticking.
Step2:I've been simmering for about an hour. Sweet and delicious food for the stomach.
Cooking tips:I made this for 9-month-old babies. For younger babies, it's recommended to put vegetables( A kind of Carrot) more finely cut. Easy for baby to swallow. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
