Step1:Wash and chop the hairtail into pieces. Marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, a little salt and ginger powder for 15 minutes. Hang the sauce with a little flour for standby.

Step7:Sprinkle pepper on the pan. Sprinkle onion on it.
